The Role: We require a Campaign Manager to coordinate outsourced digital marketing projects for our UK clients. The position is suitable for a seasoned marketing professional with relevant experience in campaign coordination and evaluation. Responsibilities will include:

• Producing email marketing campaigns on behalf of our customers using unique Concep technology (including campaign conception and creation, formatting of content provided from clients, selecting and sourcing imagery).
• Working directly with account managers and clients to gather requirements in order to build email campaigns (using the Concep campaigner and event solutions) according to their specifications.  Providing expert advice and best practice guidance;
• To assist with data analysis of existing client accounts under direction of Account management team;
• To prepare presentations for client reviews and communications audits;
• To support the Account Management team with administrative requests and research as required;
• To participate in project based assignments including those aimed at enhancing internal business strategies and practices, and also those designed to improve the client experience using training materials/online tutorials. 
• Delegation of tasks to junior team members and acting as the final approval point on outsourced campaigns;
• Assisting the Director of Client Services with the management of Concep's extensive UK client base;
• Being responsible for running client campaigns from initial brief, through to execution, whilst ensuring that the Director of Client Services is kept up to date with progress;
• Liaising with designers and other suppliers to ensure effective delivery of client projects including quote management, service agreements, and quality assurance;
• Running campaigns on behalf of the client as and when required. Remaining aware of the scheduling of these projects to ensure smooth and consistent delivery.

Experience and skills required:
This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a good understanding of digital marketing and its applications in business. It's important that you share our enthusiastic, proactive approach to understanding our client's business needs. Experience of working in a busy team and a marketing solutions environment is a must. The preferred candidate would be able to demonstrate the following:

• Marketing/ Business-related degree;
• At least one year of marketing experience, including the process of taking a creative brief to design and final production / implementation.  
• Experience or understanding of strategic (email/digital) marketing in order to plan and deliver fully integrated campaigns;
• An understanding of creative layouts and formatting to best practice;
• A strong technical understanding of digital products available in the market – excellent software skills for MS office, Photoshop and the web. 
• Computer literacy with proven technical ability.
• Excellent verbal and written English Language skills. Exceptional communication skills;
• Efficiency and organisational skills, essential for a person to perform in this multi-tasking, multi-project environment;
• Ability to work well within a deadline-based environment;
• The ability to work with 3rd party suppliers (technical and creative);
• The ability to develop and build existing client relationships
