Salary: $100,000 per annum, plus bonus package + incentive scheme

The Opportunity
With an ever changing convergence between online and offline channels and a growing need for senior strategy practitioners, Concep Evolution is in the desirable position to be hiring an entrepreneurial and charismatic leader for the strategic consulting practice in our NYC office.

We aim to be market leaders and are looking for someone who will take ownership of the strategic side of the business, from managing new business initiatives, through to providing communications strategies for global blue chip clients. You will inspire the team to expand our services into exciting client relationships and work with the global Director of Concep Evolution on global projects such as websites, research and digital marketing communications. You will be responsible for the growth of this business unit through collaboration with the different Business Development team members in both the US as well as our international offices in London & Sydney.

Concep Evolution requires a leader to lead the new business activities in tandem with the Business Development Director in the Concep US office. You will have a wealth of digital specific experience from online advertising to website design, to marketing channel integration and agency planning. Since many of our clients are in financial and professional service sectors, a good understanding of these sectors is beneficial.

The SVP Digital Strategy Director will have ultimate responsibility for the quality and professionalism of the strategic digital marketing consultancy at Concep Evolution in the US. It is their role to ensure staff are trained and developed into world class digital marketing professionals delivering cutting edge strategies and leading effective marketing and brand work. Financial responsibilities are a major part of this role, establishing profitability for projects and working with the different team members to ensure that each new business opportunity is delivered at the optimum level of efficiencies to minimizing our financial risk.
