The Client
Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP is one of the world's most prominent financial services law firms. With more than 200 years of legal experience, the firm's attorneys have long-standing client relationships with premier financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies and other leading corporations, government entities, charitable and health care organizations, and individual private clients. 

The Challenge
Cadwalader relies on InterAction CRM to manage its client data and used an installed solution to deliver electronic communications.  However, given the increased sophistication in the marketplace, the firm needed a more robust business development tool. Specifically, the marketing team sought to track levels of engagement in different areas of interest, while delivering professionally-branded email communications carefully crafted and targeted to clients, prospects, recruits and alumni. In addition, the team wanted a solution that was easy-to-use, offered better campaign management tools, and provided insight as to the content relevant to different recipients.

The Solution
Campaigner delivered on these requirements--and more.  When Cadwalader partnered with Concep in January 2008, Campaigner gave the firm a wide range of functionality that drives new business, keeps the firm front-of-mind, and eases effective communication. Since it is a hosted solution and highly intuitive, the system can be used by anyone on the team. The system also manages bouncebacks and opt-outs, allows recipients to update their details and subscribe to different mailing list, and automatically compiles reports on files that are downloaded and links that are accessed. A comprehensive RSVP and survey building function and integration with the firm website for deep link tracking were also incorporated.
